I suggest starting here. Check out the red text, “Top-Ten benefits of Baby-led weaning” (the site won’t let me link). I also purchased the book— but it’s not necessary to get started. And go to youtube and put in baby led weaning. There are a bazillion videos on it! (helps to see it in action, right?)
