Blocked Tear Duct and Mother's Milk →
Yesterday in my One Month Old post I mentioned how Eliana had a clogged tear duct and that it’s actually really common in newborns. Our doctor recommended massaging it every day and using saline spray. The saline spray has been a nightmare so we have opted to only massage it. Thankfully her eye is getting better, but it’s still not where we want it to be.

Anxiety.
For the past ten years I have dealt with anxiety but in a different way. Whenever I would have a panic attack it would trigger in my stomach. I would get severe stomach aches and diarrhea.
